Most breaks are streamed live on Fanatics Live and eBay Live. Spots on those platforms are purchased directly there, and those platforms' terms and payment rules apply to the purchase.

We handle every card with care and announce pulls on stream. If you believe a card from your spot was damaged, misplaced, or shipped incorrectly, contact us through the support page with your order number and any helpful photos so we can review the issue.

Shipping timelines and costs depend on the platform you purchased on and your location; international buyers are responsible for any customs fees or duties.

We also host breaks in our Facebook group, led by our Facebook Live breaker, Eamon Cunningham. Facebook break spots are paid through our Facebook checkout, which sends you to Shopify to complete payment. Shopify's checkout and payment terms apply. Confirm the total Eamon gives you before paying. All Facebook break sales are final.

Monthly giveaways are governed by our Official Giveaway Rules. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Cards from breaks are sold as pulled. We do not guarantee a grade, condition tier, or future market value for any card. Grading decisions are yours, and third-party grading results may vary.

Our buyback program is available only for cards pulled from a Filthbomb HEATERS repack. You may submit up to 25 cards in one buyback request. Provide as many card and break details as possible so we can verify and assess each card.

Submitting a request does not guarantee an offer or sale. Our team will assess the cards and reach out within 72 hours using the contact information you provide. We may accept, counter, or decline any card. Any valuation, acceptance, transfer instructions, and payout details will be confirmed directly with you.

A 1% processing fee applies to completed buyback orders. If PayPal is used, you are responsible for providing an accurate PayPal email. Knowingly submitting false information, including cards you did not pull from an eligible HEATERS repack, voids the request and may result in exclusion from future breaks and buybacks.

Merchandise displayed on this site is purchased through our Shopify store at shop.filthbombbreaks.com. Shopify processes checkout and payment, and Shopify's checkout terms apply. Prices, sizes, colors, and availability are shown on each product page and may change. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us through the support page with your order number so we can review it.

Our direct buying program is intended for graded cards, generally valued from $100 to $20,000. Raw cards will not be reviewed. Inventory suppliers may upload an Excel sheet, and collectors may describe one or more cards in the notes field.

Submitting a card list is a request for review, not a guaranteed offer or purchase. We may accept, decline, or ask for more information about any card. Any final price, payment method, shipping or delivery instructions, inspection requirements, and transfer of ownership will be confirmed directly with you before a transaction is completed.

Consignment requests are reviewed by our consignment team. You may be asked to create a DCSports87 account and provide your username so the process can be expedited. DCSports87 handles photography, listings, and fulfillment, and its terms may also apply.

Payout rates are based on the final sale price and are shown on our consignment page. Rates are subject to change, and a per-item listing fee applies. If a card receives no bid, DCSports87 charges a $2 no-bid fee and keeps the card. Filthbomb Breaks charges a 1% consignment handling fee. We send payouts directly by PayPal or Zelle using the details confirmed with you.

Cards valued at $500 or more may qualify for additional options, including "haystacking," a same-day listing option. Eligibility, listing timing, sale results, and payment timing are not guaranteed and should be confirmed before you submit or transfer cards.

You agree not to: submit false, fraudulent, or spam submissions through our forms; attempt to access staff-only areas of the website; scrape or harvest information from the site; impersonate our staff or other customers; or harass our breakers, staff, or other customers on stream or in chat.

Our streams are for a general audience. Chat moderation on Fanatics Live and eBay Live follows those platforms' rules in addition to ours. We may block any customer from future breaks for abusive behavior toward our team or other viewers.

The Filthbomb Breaks name, logo, and site content are our property. You may share and repost stream clips of your own pulls (we love that), but you may not use our branding to imply a partnership or endorsement without written permission.

This website and its content are provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Filthbomb Breaks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including applicable consumer rights or protections provided by the platform where you made a purchase.

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site or participation in breaks after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
