Official Giveaway Rules

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Filthbomb Breaks employees and their immediate households are not eligible.

Enter by submitting the signup form on our website with your first name, last name, and a valid email address. A valid email address is the only contact information required to enter. Joining our text list is optional and is not required to enter or win. Limit one entry per person per month. Duplicate or automated entries are void. Entries must be received by 11:59 pm ET on the last day of the month to be included in that month's drawing.

The October 2026 prize is one (1) 2026 Bowman MLB Hobby Box, approximate retail value $449.95. This is the first monthly giveaway. Future monthly prizes are announced on our website, text list, or channels. Prizes are awarded as is, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable.

One winner is drawn at random from all eligible entries received that month. The drawing takes place on the 1st of the following month. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

The winner is contacted by email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be drawn. We ship the prize free of charge within the United States. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. For the name of the winner, email marketing@filthbombbreaks.com within 60 days after the drawing.

By entering, you agree to these rules and our Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited, entering grants us permission to announce the winner's first name and last initial on our channels. This giveaway is not sponsored or endorsed by Topps, Fanatics Live, eBay, Facebook, or Instagram.

We may cancel, suspend, or change a giveaway if fraud, technical problems, errors, legal requirements, or anything else outside our reasonable control affects its fairness or proper operation. If a giveaway is cancelled after entries have been received, we will draw the winner at random from all eligible entries received before the cancellation, unless prohibited by law. We may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. We may end the monthly giveaway program at any time by posting a notice on our website. Ending the program does not affect a giveaway month that is already open. If a prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

By entering, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Top Tier Collectibles Inc., d/b/a Filthbomb Breaks, and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. We are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, for technical or network failures, for typographical errors in giveaway materials, or for prizes lost or damaged in shipping after we hand them to the carrier. Our total liability in connection with any giveaway will not exceed the stated value of that month's prize. Nothing in these rules limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved individually, not as part of a class action, in the state or federal courts located in New York.
