Filthbomb Breaks ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and hosts live sports card and trading card breaks on Fanatics Live, eBay Live, and Facebook. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. We keep this policy short and in plain language on purpose.

Who we are

Filthbomb Breaks, 116 Glen St, Glen Cove, NY 11542. Questions about this policy or your data can go to filthbombbreaks@gmail.com or our support page.

Information we collect

Support requests. When you contact us through the support form, we collect your name, email address, eBay or Fanatics Live username if provided, order number if provided, selected topic and channel, message, and any photos you attach. We also create a support reference number and track the request's status.

Buyback requests. If you submit a buyback request, we collect your Fanatics Live username; details for each card, including player, year, set, card number, optional serial number or print run, break date, and break number; your contact email; optional PayPal email and phone number; and any notes. We also record internal card and request statuses, response deadlines, payout details if a sale is completed, and information used to match your Fanatics Live username to our business records.

Direct selling requests. If you submit a card list to our buying team, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, notes, and any Excel inventory sheet you choose to upload. Our buying team uses this information to review your cards and contact you.

Consignment requests. If you request consignment, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, optional DCSports87 username, and the cards you describe. Our consignment team uses this information to contact you and coordinate services with DCSports87.

Giveaways and email signups. Our giveaway form may collect your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. Our newsletter signup collects your email address. You may provide an email address, a phone number, or both where the form allows it. If you enter a giveaway with an email address, that address is also added to our Shopify customer and marketing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Orders and Facebook checkout. When you buy merchandise or pay for a Facebook break, Shopify collects information needed to process the transaction, which may include your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order contents, and payment information. We receive the customer, order, and delivery details needed to fulfill and support the transaction. We do not receive your full payment card number.

Staff accounts. For authorized staff, we collect account details such as email address, display name, role, sign-in records, and activity needed to secure and audit the staff area.

Usage and anti-spam data. Our hosting and security services process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps, and error or request logs. We record an IP address with public form submissions to limit spam and abuse. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to support messages and send those messages to our support team; review photos of damaged, missing, or undelivered orders; assess, manage, and pay completed buyback requests; review direct selling and consignment submissions; coordinate eligible consignment services with DCSports87; administer giveaways; manage email and text signups; process, fulfill, and support merchandise and Facebook break transactions; prevent spam and fraud; maintain staff audit records; and operate and secure the website.

Break platforms. Break spots are purchased on Fanatics Live and eBay Live, and those platforms handle your account, payment, and shipping information for break purchases.

DCSports87. If you request consignment, relevant contact, account, and card information may be shared with DCSports87 so it can photograph, list, sell, and fulfill your cards.

Payments and payouts. Shopify and its payment providers process purchase payments. PayPal or Zelle may be used for buyback or consignment payouts when arranged with you. Those services process information under their own privacy policies.

Email, hosting, and storage providers. We use service providers, including Resend for certain email delivery, to host and secure the website, store form submissions and uploaded files, send staff notifications and customer communications, and operate the services you request.
