- Carrigg was drafted as a catcher and is listed on MLB.com as a Catcher. BUT, and here is where a big part of the sleeper pick comes in, he has played 36 games between CPX and A ball and only 7 of them were at Catcher. He played 10 at SS and 15 at CF! So this is a "catcher" thats also playing the most athletic spots on the diamond in pro ball. If his card also says catcher, people will disregard him like hes a nobody
- For him to be a great sleeper though he needs to have some numbers in addition to just playing different positions. In the CPX he hit .396 in 13 games with 2 homers and 7 steals. In A ball he hit .326 in 23 games with 3 homers and 6 steals. Big time sleeper here with no one looking for a Rockies "catcher"
