Breaks are usually run on either the day of or day after all of the break slots are filled.

You almost never have to pay for shipping. The only exception is our player breaks and sealed products on our site. 

We ship our cards in 300 count boxes. Inside this box we use bubble bags, top loaders, penny sleeves etc. whether you hit 1 or 200 cards, your package is ensured to get the works!

We ship once every 3-5 business days. All of our orders have tracking that is provided through USPS. Once a package reaches the first sort facility, it will be updated.

Each break will state specifically what will ship. We almost always ship all cards, however sometimes in base heavy products such as Bowman, we choose to hold back the paper base. 

We price each team based on our estimated current and future market value and take numerous factors into consideration. We don’t just make popular teams more expensive for no reason.

This goes to the team that took their place. For example... Brooklyn Dodgers go to LA Dodgers, Montreal Expos go to Washington Nationals etc. 

In these rare instances, we will randomly decide who gets the card using random.org. Example: There is a card with Jeter, Rivera, Trout and Harper on it. The Yankees do NOT automatically win. A random would be ran with the Yankees having 2 spots and the Angels and Phillies each having a spot.

Our PSA operations is structured to get your cards to and from PSA as quick as possible. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of PSA's turnaround and they are experiencing extreme delays due to a record breaking number of submissions. As of February 20, 2021, current turnaround times ate as follows:

10 day sub - 3-5 months
20 day sub - 6-8 months
65 day sub - 12 months

We understand everyones frustration with delays and we receive several requests for updates. Please understand that as soon as there are any updates on the submission, you will be notified once the item is shipped from our facility. There is nothing we can do to further expedite any submissions and this would be the case whether or not you submit through us or through PSA. When we receive your bulk submission, we guaranteed that it will be on its way to PSA within a week of being submitted. Once we receive your cards back from PSA, it will be in route to you within 3-5 business days.
