This years Five Star Product is absolutely loaded. The design is beautiful, and the player checklist is on point!

Below we will break down the strength of each teams checklist while assigning it a grade from 1-10.

Take a look at the checklist from groupbreakchecklist.com here:

ANGELS: 8.5

The Angels have the usual star studded lineup featuring Mike Trout! Ohtani, Pujols & Hunter round out the checklist.

ASTROS: 5.5

This could have been better, but could have also been worse. They left off Bregman but added Nolan Ryan. Springer, Altuve and a few rookies also can be found.

ATHLETICS: 5.5 (SLEEPER PICK)

McGwire, Canseco and Eckersley lead the way in the HOF/VET department. They also have a few tough 1/1 cuts on the list as well.  Throw in the fact that Olson, Davis and Laureano are included and this makes for a very tasty option.

BLUE JAYS: 8

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is the obvious reason for the Jay ranking so high, however it’s not a Vlad or bust checklist by any means. 3 other rookies are included on the checklist, and NO BORUCKI!

BRAVES: 9.5 (TOP CHOICE)

The Braves have a LARGE checklist loaded with star power. Hank Aaron, Chipper Jones, John Smoltz, Tom Glavine , Ronald Acuna, Ozzie Albies, Dale Murphy, Freddie Freeman and more! YES PLEASE!

BREWERS: 3.5 (VALUE PLAY)

While the checklist is small, the names are BIG. Yelich and Robin Yount lead the way.

CARDINALS: 6

This is a case of HUGE checklist, “Smaller names” if you could even call it that. Bob Gibson, Ozzie Smith, Goldschmidt, DeJong, Carpenter,Ozuna, Flaherty lead the way. The only downfall is Yadi (who sells the best) is not included this year. Oh well.

CUBS: 6

Nice mix of HOF and Stars. Dawson, Sandberg, Rizzo, Bryant AND MORE! Solid checklist here!

DODGERS: 5 (MOST UPSIDE BUT RISKIEST PLAY)

So the upside is ridiculous here with Koufax, Koufax/Kershaw dual auto, Muncy, and TONNNNSSSS of 1/1 Brooklyn Cuts including Jackie Robinson, Roy Campanella and MORE!

GIANTS: 3

Posey and Juan Marichal lead the way here. Not the best but also not the worst checklist this year.

INDIANS: 3.5

Lindor is the best on this checklist, but is followed by Bauer, Ramirez, Kluber and more! Another lower end team worth taking a shot on.

MARINERS: 8

Griffey Jr? CHECK! Ichiro? CHECK! Edgar Martinez? CHECK! Solid Rookies? CHECK! I LOVEEEE THE M’s this year!

MARLINS: 1

Trevor Richards is the only one on the checklist. He’s worth something right?

METS: 8

Pete Alonso, Jeff McNeil, Mike Piazza, Jacob DeGrom, Daryl Strawberry, Noah Syndergaard and more! Yes Please!

NATIONALS: 6

SOTO, KEIBOOM, VLAD SR., ROBLES & MORE! YUP, ANOTHER NICE CHECKLIST!

NON-TEAM CUT SIGNATURE SPOT: 4

Are you going to hit one? Probably not. However it’s nice to dream right? The names on this checklist are unreallllll!

Robin Williams. Dr. Suess. Christopher Reeve. Joe Lewis. Sadaharu Oh and so many other cool names.

I’d definitely take a shot once or twice and cross my fingers.

ORIOLES: 3.5

Cal Ripken Jr., Roberto Alomar Jr., and a shot at a 1/1 Paige cut? Sign me up.

PADRES: 7

Not a huge checklist, but a HUGE ROOKIE in TATIS JR. TATIS and Urias are you only hope on here, but if you hit, you’re golden. P.S Urias makes for a nice consolation prize if TATIS doesn’t show face.

PHILLIES: 4

Nice Mix of HOF, VETS and Up and coming names. Calrton, McCutchen, Hoskins, Nola and Segura make for quite the intriguing checklist for those looking to dabble but not get too heavily invested.

PIRATES: 1

4 hits. All 1/1’s

Are you feeling lucky?

RANGERS: 3 (VALUE PLAY)

Pudge, Beltre and Palmeiro. Wisdom covers the Rookies. Solid and affordable.

RAYS: 2

Blake Snell & Tommy Pham. Cute checklist. Won’t be pricey.

RED SOX: 6.5

Large checklist, but missing some of the big names you’d expect. Included are: Sale, Price, David Ortiz, Eckersley, Pedro, Varitek and Devers. Still a SOLID checklist with a “CHANCE” at a 1/1 Cy Young and Ted Williams.

REDS: 4 (VALUE PLAY)

Larkin, Votto, Perez, Senzel. Nice Mix of HOF, VETS and RC! And for some reason, REDS come out A LOT in Five Star.

ROYALS: 3

Bo Jackson, Salvador Perez and Whit Merrifield. Another inexpensive team with some nice upside.

TIGERS: 3

You don’t usually see Miguel Cabrera on the checklist, but here he is! Al Kaline is also included along with a rare shot at a 1/1 Cobb Cut Signature!

TWINS: 3

Blyleven, Buxton, Cave, Hunter, Astudullo. HOF, VET, ROOKIE MIX! Love the upside here with some of the rookies.

WHITE SOX: 6

TOP 4 ROOKIE? CHECK! (Eloy). HUGE HOFER? CHECK! (Frank Thomas) MORE HOFERS? CHECK! (Fisk,Raines). UPSIDE ROOKIE PLAY? CHECK! (Kopech).

One of my favorite checklists in the product per price point.

YANKEES: 10 (TOP PLAY ON BOARD)

Anytime Derek Jeter is leading your team, you have a shot at either a WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONSHIP, or cashing in big!

Also included (some people you may have heard of lol)

Aaron Judge

Don Mattingly

Mariano Rivera

Hideki Matsui

Jorge Posada

Luke Voit

Chances at HUGE 1/1’s
